15 days from the reservation you should pay a reservation fee, 20 % of the price, the rest one month before the beginning of the rental period.
If you cancel more than 28 days before the beginning of the rental period, you pay the expenses (eg. money transfer), 28-14 days before the beginning, 20 % of the price, 14-2 days before the beginning, 50 % of the price and less than 2 days before the beginning, 100 %. You should leave the cottage tidy and also do the end cleaning, unless you pay for it (90 euros). Bed sheet and towels are 10 euros per person. The guarantee is 200 EUR and is returned at the end of rental period if the cottage has been left tidy according the instructions.Preliminary booking..
