Booking terms
Reservation will be confirmed by paying the reservation fee, which is 30% of the total rent. The remaining rent is to be paid 21 days before the beginning of the rented period at the latest. In case the customer cancels his reservation more than 21 days before beginning of the renting period, the reservation fee minus 50€ will be returned to the customer. This 50€ is charged as cancellation fee. In case the customer cancels the reservation 14-21days before the beginning of the period he has rented, all of the 30% reservation fee will be charged. In case the customer cancels his reservation 0-14 days before beginning of the renting period, no refunds will be paid. Reservation and cancelling must always be done in writing.
When making a reservation one should give name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the number of people coming. Additionally, one should with reservation pre-order linen (9€ per person), outboard (90€/week), and end cleaning (90€). In case the end cleaning is not reserved the customer is responsible of cleaning the cottage self. If the customer does not pre-order cleaning and does not do the cleaning, the extraordinary cleaning fee (150€) will be charged. In case of sickness the reservation fee / rent will be returned to the customer if the customer presents medical certificate. In force majeure-cases the owner has the right to cancel the reservation. In such case reservation fee/rent will be returned to the customer as a whole. The owner has the right to cancel the reservation if the customer has not paid the rent at due date. In reservations by week the day of arrival/ departure is Saturday. Arrivals from 2 p.m., departures by 1 p.m. if the cleaning is done by customer, and by 11a.m., if the cleaning is ordered from the owner. Rent includes usage of the cottage, firewood for the fireplace, cooking and dining dish, cutlery, and mattresses, pillows and blankets for beds. Linen is not included in the rent. Open fire is not allowed in other places than smoking oven/grill near the cottage. Pets are welcome. Usage of a rowing boat is also included into rent.
