New and excellent holiday home has build to Kiviniemi -
- means "Place3 - Upper Estate ("Yläkartano") by Lake Arra".
The plot of house is beatyfull, a small hill - and direction of house is to South... no rent-neighbour near the house!
One paradise on the earth...during Summer, Autumn, Winter and Springtime!
It's bit too big for one family... but ideal for two families / three generation together! It can take three couple / six people...
...and max 8 persons - it's with four bedrooms ... but...
=> I don't want to take it full from adults! Some couple with their children is my target - I offer them comfortly holiday;)
Notice; my basic-prices on the page are for two families / four adults - and their children under fifteen (<14) years.
Every extra-adult over four (5<) costs 20e per night. Paying after used days!
Teenage and Grandparent of family only 15e per night!
If you ask this cottage explain, please, how many adults, children and Grandparent etc. are coming after that I can do exact (and better) offer for you!
- for ex. my offers for one family will be bit lower ...
Why so -?- you understand that every extra uses more electricity (warm water etc.) does dry- and wet-wastes (toilet etc.) what I have to carry out from village - and pay them all!)
- and using of my house cost bit too
Capacity of this holiday house; by normal way max 6 adults - it means two extras + kids & teenage. Big families with three generation can be max 8 adults + kids
As said above - I want offer a good, comfort & peaceful holidays for my guests!
Pets allowed but they can be only in down star!
