What is included in the price? The rental price includes free use of the holiday home and sauna. The holiday homes have standard furniture and basic utensils for dining and cooking. Firewood is also included in the rental price, but if you rent a cart, how much firewood can be purchased for an additional price of 15 euros / day

What's up? The accommodation has pillows, blankets and mattresses. You must bring your own pillowcases, sheets and sauna towels if they are not included in the price. Bed linen and towels can also be rented from LaatuLomat for EUR 12 per person. The price of the accommodation includes a starter pack of the following items: pump soap, detergents, cleaning cloths, filter bags, matches, toilet and kitchen paper, baking paper. Basic spices, coffee, etc. are not included in the rental price, but if there are any in the cottage, they are free to use.

Final cleaning In the accommodation, final cleaning is included in the rental price. Please note, however, that the cottages must be left in the footsteps of normal living. Please hand over the cottage's refrigerator emptied, the counters washed, the rubbish taken to the outside rubbish and the furniture arranged in its own places. Also, be sure to take your own belongings and leave the belongings of your vacation home in their own places.

Number of people The maximum number of people allowed in the cottage is the number of beds in the description of the destination or what has been agreed when booking the holiday destination. If the description of the object reads, for example, 4 + 4 people, the cottage has four actual beds and four extra beds (eg a sofa bed or mattress or a bed in the loft). We recommend this type of cottage for up to four adults. Bringing a tent or motorhome must be arranged in advance.

Smoking Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Be sure to use an ashtray.

Pets Pets must always be agreed in advance. We usually charge a pet fee for bringing pets 120 euro / booking at villa. Please note that the pet owner is liable if the pet breaks something at the cottage. Notify the owners immediately. Although the pet fee has been paid, the cottage must be left in the footsteps of normal living and the pet areas must be cleared of pet litter. Please keep pets on the 1st floor and out of beds and sofa.

Electric car charging. The electrical system of our accommodation is not designed to charge electric cars, the use of power sockets to charge the car is strictly prohibited. If you need recharging, you can use an outdoor outlet. the price is 10 euros / day / car. To avoid damage, always contact the owner before considering charging the car!

Other general instructions Please also make sure that the rowing boat is moored in the space provided when you are not using it. Always use caution with open flames. If you are burning candles, outdoor fires or mosquito fumes, do so on a non-combustible surface. There is waste sorting in the accommodation, and especially during the summer, biowaste must be put in a composter. If the cottage breaks anything, please notify the owners immediately.

The keys you will receive the keys from the key hide next to the front door, which you will receive a code about 1 day before the start of your holiday. When leaving, you will need to lock the doors to leave the keys hidden. The key should be kept hidden during the holiday (the code is changeable so it is safe)

Arrival and departure times The cottage is available from 16:00 and must be empty by 11:00.
