Villa Suvi is an atmospheric, well-equipped, spacious log villa. The one-level solution is functional and clear. The cottage and the area have electricity, municipal water and good roads.
The cottage has air conditioning, good furniture, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There is both a dishwasher and a washing machine. Tile floor, underfloor heating with ecological ground heat, fireplace and piano.
There is an electric sauna inside and the lakefront sauna is also available in winter.
There are two separate cabins in the area and each has its own yard, beach saunas and docks. There are trees between the cabins and there is no direct line of sight between them. The distance is approx. 100 m. Yard lighting, maintained forest garden-like area.

In VillaHevi, you can relax on the boards of the beach sauna and calm down by following nature, fishing and exercising. There is a porch in the area and a barbecue in the yard.
Lake Syysjärvi, on the shore of which the villa is located, is a large lake with clear water, clean and peaceful bordered by rocky shores. You can get to the lake by rowing, kayaking or motorboating. The beach is sandy and suitable for children.
Kayaks can be used depending on how they are free. If you want to ensure availability for a specific day/ for a week, a reservation fee is added. Two for one available and one two-person kayak. Also nearby canoe rental and Saimaa is also easily accessible to paddle. Ask more.
There are two separate cabins in the area, and each has its own sauna and swimming area. The beach sauna and pier are therefore for the renter's own use. On the beach of Saimaa, located 5 km away, there is a kayak pier and a private pier for larger boats.
The village has the award-winning Hiidenpolut hiking trail, e.g. with its exquisite Neitvuori danger scenery and the marked Rautjärvi cycling loop with its cardboard scenery.
Mikkeli is a beautiful and relaxed town in Savoie and Juva is a traditional municipality, where you can find all services. It is about 20 km to both. The region has mansions with wonderful gardens and well-known restaurants.
