Ihala is a high-class holiday cottage in the heart of the Savo county. The well equipped modern villa is situated privately about 12 km from Sulkava church on Lake Halmejärvi. Ihala possesses a sunny, wide and shallow beach and views over to the lake from the living room and patio.
Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a sauna, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is an open area with two lofts connected by a brídge and with two beds in each end. The villa has been decorated in Scandinavian style with light and blue colours.
Ihala has comfortable areas outdoors, a wide terrace where it is nice to dine on warm summer evenings. The terrace can be entered both from the living room and the sauna dressing room. There is a wooden deck from the terrace all the way to the lake and the 12 m dock.
Ihala is is situated on the edge of a wide forest area. The nearby forests have plenty of blueberries, raspberries, cranberries and mushrooms. There are good possibilities for hiking, canoeing and fishing. Lake Halmejärvi is rich in pike, perch and pikeperch. September is perhaps the best period to get the biggest pikes.
