Booking terms
Please review the general rental terms below. Include the number of guests, their ages, and the general purpose of your stay in your booking inquiry, e.g., family holiday, 2 adults and 2 children.
General Rental Terms (more detailed terms provided upon booking) The cottage rental includes free use of the cottage, its equipment, a rowing boat, and firewood. Dishes, duvets, and pillows are included in the price, but tenants are preferably expected to bring their own bed linen and towels. If needed, linen can be rented for an additional fee. For weekly rentals, the cottage is available from Saturday at 4:00 PM until the following Saturday at 12:00 PM. For weekend rentals, the cottage is available from Friday at 4:00 PM until Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. Cleaning during and at the end of the stay is the tenants responsibility. You may also pre-order final cleaning for an additional fee. If final cleaning has not been ordered and the cottage is left untidy, a cleaning fee of at least 85 € will be charged. The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the cottage or its furnishings. The cottage accommodates up to eight people, and no more than this number of residents is allowed. Pets are generally not permitted, but you may inquire about the possibility when booking. We cannot guarantee an allergy-free cottage. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. To respect the peace of nature, loud music or other noise is not permitted outside the cottage.
