Rent a high-class, fully equipped villa 160 m2 in Loppi on the shore of the clean water Kaartjärvi.
The premises are on two floors.On the lower floor there is a high living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with beds 2+2+3, if necessary, spare beds can be found. In addition, there is a utility room, a washroom, an electric sauna and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are also 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 6 beds in double beds and there is also room for 3 spare beds if necessary. Upstairs there is also a seating group, a desk and a 65 Smart TV. Stunning views down to the lakefront open from the bay beds upstairs. There is also a second toilet upstairs.
The covered terrace is 75 m2 + tiled entry carport. Mechanical ventilation and underfloor heating. Both floors have air heat pumps so even in the heat the villa is pleasantly cool. The wood-heated Hot-Tub (palju) for 6 persons is included in the price, which is embedded in the covered terrace. If you wish, on the day of arrival, the tub will be cleaned and heated for an additional fee of 60€. Firewood can be picked up from the new wood shed next door.
The barbecue-hut with kitchen from Isohko Lappi is included in the price of the main cottage, including barbecue coals. The grill is equipped with electric lighting.
The villa is suitable for the leisure of couples, families and groups, as well as for various family celebrations such as christenings, confessional parties, graduation parties and other graduations, anniversaries (80yrs, 70yrs, 60yrs...), workplaces and company development and recreation days or for remote work. A larger number of people can visit at a time while the living room- kitchen is spread over a large covered terrace area (75 m2+ tiled carport 27m2) and the courtyard area.
There are several catering companies in the area to which we are happy to direct our customers.
In addition, the old idyllic lakeside sauna with wood heating and a 4-person JALASMÖKKI are separately bookable for additional needs.
The villa is quite new, so clean pets are only allowed on a separate basis.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
The villa is not rented for parties.
Excellent hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the property (www.Poron.fi). The services of the church village of Lope approx. 15 minutes drive away (S-market, pharmacy, Alko and others). Easy to come asphalt all the way to your destination.

The villa is rented for a week, a weekend, a few days, a couple of days, several weeks or however you can arrange all year round. It may also be possible to rent a villa for one night on weekdays. (minimum price 450e.)
NB! Weekend bookings always start on Friday, meaning the booking cannot start or end on Saturday. Unfortunately, this cannot be taken into account in the online cabin booking calendar.
