The Loppi Luxus is a multipurpose conference villa with approximately 20 bed places, in the Loppi Peace area on the Lake Kaartjärvi shore, located around 99 km from Helsinki, 118 km from Tampere, and 129 km from Turku.

LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: Loppi Luxus, with approximately 180m² altogether, and its 70m² dining/conference space, has ample room for 35 people at maximum. Around 6 movable tables, 24 people can sit, and at the scenery bar counter, 6 people can be seated. Additionally, the main halls sofa group can seat 6 to 9 people. The main hall tables can also be arranged into two smaller groups. The long table in the main hall can also be set up as two smaller groups. This way, the hall can be used for conferences, group work, business meetings, or remote work. Free Wi-Fi, two large flat-screen TVs, and a projector screen with a video projector are available to serve our conference customers.
ACCOMMODATION: Loppi Luxus has 7 bedrooms and additional bed places in the main hall that provide sleeping space for approximately 25 people. Each bedroom has 2-4 bed places. Bedding and pillows are provided corresponding to the number of bed spaces.
KITCHEN: The main halls open kitchen is equipped equipped with modern kitchen devices and tableware for 35 people.
SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The electric sauna in the villa can accommodate 8-10 bathers at a time. From the sauna area, there is access to the terrace, next to which is a separate wood-burning scenery sauna for 8-10 people. The villas sauna area includes a changing room, 2 showers, and a toilet. Another toilet is located next to the hallway. In the scenery sauna, water is heated in the cauldron attached to the wood-burning stove.
OUTDOOR SPACES AND HOT TUBS: On the sauna area terrace, there is a ready-to-use outdoor hot tub for 5 people and two wood-burning hot tubs for 6 people each. Stairs from the saunas lead to the lake, where you can go swimming either from the pier or directly from the shore. The shore has a sandy bottom and is also suitable for children.
The villas partially covered terrace, spanning over 50m², surrounds the building from two sides. Approximately 35 people can sit around the terraces movable table sets. Between the scenery sauna and the villa, there is a rustic lean-to, which also serves as a covered barbecue spot with a gas grill.
Up the slope, next to the scenery sauna and terrace, lies the traditional sheltered fireplace, that can comfortably accommodate about 15 people for grilling and gathering around an open fire. Through the doorway of the shelter, a magnificent view opens up toward the horizon of Lake Kaartjärvi.
PRICES: The basic price for Loppi Luxus includes the use of the villa and the indoor sauna.
Additional services can be ordered, including use of electric vehicle charging station, separate scenery sauna, a sheltered fireplace, gas grill, the use of hot tubs and the outdoor jacuzzi, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or as provided separately, and towels. We also offer rental services for boats and canoes, programme and dining services, as well as work services such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before the guests arrival. All additional services must be ordered at least 14 days before arrival.
