The multi-purpose and conference villa is located in Evo Peace area, Hämeenlinna, less than a 2-hour drive from the bustling centres of Southern Finland.

In addition to the Evo Grand Villa, you can also rent a pair of adjacent villas, the Evo Twin, providing access to the entire peaceful 7-hectare area. The ensemble is complemented by the Evo Wilderness Barn, suitable as a venue for events and large parties in the warmer seasons. There is a Wi-Fi network in the area, covering not only the villas and the Evo Wilderness Barn, but also the yard and beach areas.
LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: The approximately 50-square-metre main hall on the upper floor, along with the open kitchen, offers conference, lounge, and dining space for about 30 people with its sofas and dining tables. The upper floor main hall has a 65-inch flat-screen TV that can be used as a presentation screen for conferences. We also provide a large whiteboard and a reflection screen for our conference guests. A data projector is available upon request as an additional service.
Next to the upper floor main hall, there is a lounge area, and lower floor main hall, located next to the sauna area, is suitable for group work during conferences or for relaxation. The lower floor main hall is also equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV.
KITCHENS: Both floors have cosy kitchens equipped with standard cooking, dining, and serving utensils. Tableware is available for at least 50 people. The kitchens are properly equipped with modern kitchen devices, including several coffee makers, electric kettles, and toasters. The open kitchen on the lower floor is located next to the sauna area and has direct access to the beach terraces barbecue spot.
ACCOMMODATION: The spaces can accommodate a total of about 45 guests. There are 14 bedrooms with bed places for 29 people in total. There are enough blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed places. Extra beds in sofas are for 10 people and floor mattresses are available for at least 10 people.
If the arrival date is less than 6 weeks away, the lower floor of the Evo Grand Villa can also be rented separately as the Evo Lake Apartment, accommodating about 5-20 guests.
SAUNA AREA, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The electric sauna area on the lower floor of the Evo Grand Villa, spanning approximately 50 square metres, offers year-round sauna sessions for up to 15 bathers. The sauna has direct access to the beach terrace, where you will find your own private beach with a pier, hot tubs, and campfire spots.
There are 4 showers in the two shower rooms within the sauna area, plus one more in the sauna. There are a total of 5 toilets. On the upper floor, there is an additional shower in both of the toilets.
LAKEFRONT SAUNA: The wood-heated beach sauna located by Pond Kaitalammi is equipped with its own hot tub, running hot water, and a shower. Behind the sauna, there is a fireplace for barbecuing.
HOT TUBS: There are a total of 3 wood-heated hot tubs on the beach, which you can rent together or separately. Two of the hot tubs are located on the villas terrace, and one is in front of the beach sauna, right by Pond Kaitalammi. You can access the hot tubs with clean feet via the terrace.
BARBECUE SPOTS: The barbecue area is located on the villas beach terrace, next to the hot tubs, and there is a separate barbecue shelter along the path leading to the beach sauna.
PRICES: The booking price includes the use of the Evo Grand Villas facilities, including the indoor sauna area. Additional services available for order include the use of hot tubs, barbecue spots, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer rental services for boats and canoes, programme and catering services, as well as work services such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before guests arrive. All additional services should be booked at least 14 days before arrival.
