A very quiet and cozy place in the middle of the beautiful Kuusamo nature, but the Ruka slopes (less than 10 minutes) and other services are very close by (approx. 6 minutes to the Ruka junction, where Sale, ABC, etc. are located). The clear water and fish-rich Ihtinkijärvi offers versatile opportunities for various activities all year round (fishing equipment available). In winter, sledding and skiing directly from the yard!

2021 completely renovated and high-quality equipped 60 m² holiday apartment on Ruka's Ihtinkijärvi. Additional space is added to the apartment by an approx. 8 m² glazed balcony, which opens up to beautiful mountain and lake landscapes. END APARTMENT, so it's like staying in a semi-detached house. (5-apartment company, originally built in -89).

Sleeping places for up to 6 people (+baby travel cot), therefore very suitable for families and couples. The bedroom has a 160cm wide American bed, the living room upstairs has a sofa bed (bed: 196x142cm) and the sleeping alcove downstairs has a sofa bed (bed: 120x200cm).

High-quality and generous equipment: including remote workstation, modern and atmospheric sauna area with rain shower and lighting, 2x smart TVs (upstairs has a soundbar that can be used for watching TV + listening to music).
