It's good to be here in peace. 200m to the neighbors.

The cottage has electricity, a wood-burning sauna, an indoor toilet and hot water. Sleeping places upstairs 1x120 cm and 2x80cm (can be combined). A fold-out bed downstairs. A travel cot for a baby is also available. Firewood is included in the price.

Drinking water comes from our own spring. The cottage has air conditioning, an electric and wood-burning stove, an electric and baking oven, a refrigerator / freezer (Japanese cabinet), a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee and water kettle, a toaster, and other kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a CD / Radio and 2 x smart TVs.

The cottage is also equipped with smaller children in mind. There is a barbecue shelter and an atmospheric little hut in the yard.

Ice fishing equipment, snowshoes and pairs of backcountry skis are available for use for a separate fee. In the summer, a couple of bicycles and fishing equipment. Additional services include final cleaning for 100€ and linen/towel sets for 10€/person. Prepaid wireless internet. Pets welcome for an additional fee.

70m to the shore of Lake Leppäjärvi, where there is a small terrace and a pier. Shallow dredged natural beach. Bottom with rocks, stones, clay and mud. A good tarred wooden rowing boat is available. Fishing is also possible. 200m to the neighbors, but you can be in peace.
