The nearest neighbor to Lumme cottage is about 60 meters. The cottage is used by the host family (only in summer) and there are trees between the cottages and the piers, preventing direct sight lines.
The total area of the villa is 135 m2 and the apartment area is 108 m2. Downstairs there is a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, small dressing room, washroom and a wood-heated sauna for 3-4 sauna users. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft. Firewood is included in the rent. The cottage has water-circulating underfloor heating.
The larger bedroom has a double bed and the smaller one has two single beds. The sleeping loft has two beds and a sofa bed, which can be used as two extra beds for children if necessary.
The large terrace has garden furniture and the private beach is only 25 meters away. During the summer (May-October) there is a gas grill on the terrace.
The yard is lit up to the pier. There is a lawn in the yard. The view is northwest. Vanajanselkä looms behind Kriippi Island.
The beach is shallow and muddy. There is a pier and a rowing boat on the shore. The pier is solidly constructed, and it is easy to tie up your own motorboat. There is about a meter of water at the end of the pier. There is a campfire site and garden furniture near the shore.
Baby equipment can be booked. The equipment includes a cot, high chair and potty.
Lumme has the best (*****) five-star official cottage classification.
