The former Pehkolalahti school was renamed Eera House by the Pehkolalahti Village Association. The house serves as the center of the village association and is a great place to hold meetings, parties and various events. The house, owned by the village association, is rented to communities and individuals.
There is a sauna and fireplace house on the shore of Eera House, which is rented in conjunction with the main building and also separately in the fall. Eera House is located on the shore of beautiful Pehkolalahti (opposite Talas-Eera Beach). The windows of the house offer a view of Lake Oulujärvi, i.e. the Kainuu Sea.
On the shore of the house there is a hut, a shed, a woodshed, a boat storage beach and a concrete boat ramp.
Eera House is located in the immediate vicinity of Manamansalo tourist attractions. The journey to Manamansalo Martinlahti tourist shopping center is about 14 km.
