The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent or another entity.The reservation is always confirmed by both the customer and the owner via email, even if the initial reservation was made on the rental website. The reservation binds the customer once he has confirmed the reservation. As additional services for a different price, the customer can order final cleaning or rent bed linen and towels, or a motor boat. A pet may also be brought to the destination only if it is separately agreed upon at the time of booking. The owner charges an additional fee of 80 euros/booking for bringing a pet, unless otherwise agreed. The place is suitable for organizing family and family parties or similar events. Even when making a reservation, you should always agree on parties and all events where the number of people at the destination would temporarily exceed. Attention. The cabin is not a party place. When booking, we charge 30% as a booking fee. 70% in the final invoice 1 month before the agreed arrival date. When the visit takes place within a month of the reservation, the entire amount will be billed at once. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is not refunded. In case of cancellation made no later than 1 month before the start date of the reservation, the part of the price of the reservation that exceeds the reservation fee will be returned to the customer. In case of cancellation made less than 1 month before the start date of the reservation, the customer will be charged the full price of the reservation. We recommend travel insurance, which also covers the costs of trip cancellation. The general arrival time is from 5 p.m. and the departure time is 11 a.m., which will be followed if the times have not been separately agreed upon.
