"Kukkokallio" is a high-quality log villa completed in June 2021 on a stunning west-facing rocky plot.
The villa is located in Kangasala's Kuhmalahti, on the shores of the large Längelmävesi lake. The place is quiet and the nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away.
The cottage is at the end of a dead-end road, far from busy roads. The rocky headland on the plot receives unobstructed sunlight almost all day long.
Unlike the pictures, there are sliding glass doors around the terrace seating area that can be moved to the side.
