The Villa is located at a big lake in Loppi Pilpala. The distance from Helsinki railway station is about 100 kilometers, 135 kilometers from Turku, 120km from Tampere and 100km from Lahti. The Villa is located on the eastern shore of the lake, so your can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The shoreline is more than 100 meters. There are no neighbours near the villa. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy nature without distraction.

The beach is gently sloping and sandy, so it is perfect for children. The Villa is limited to a nature reserve, with a good mushroom picking and berry picking facilities. There are a good hiking and jogging routes nearby.

The Villa includess 5 separate buildings; The main building (1970), sauna (2005) by the lake, the guest house (2001), a Lapp hut (2005) and barbeque area (2005). The area is spacious and height differences are very small, so the outdoor movement is effortless. The site has no stairs and all the buildings are on ground basement. Prepayment is 200 eur and the rest of the rent has to be paid 2 months in advance. Prepyment is not returnable if holiday is cancelled by the customer.
