Booking terms

Security is 33% of the rent to be paid when booking. For weekends the rent is the security and shall be paid when booking. Security is not reimbursed in case the lessee cancels the booking. Additional fees apply for groups exceeding 4 persons. During the high season mainly full weeks are available. In other times we are open for custom made durations.
