Jänissaari is a small island of adequate size in Lake Saimaa at Enovesi, Juva, Finland. The island lies about 200 metres from the mainland, just 50 oar strokes from your parking space. Enjoy the summer's early morning sunrise and late sunsets on this gorgeous, sunny island of natural beauty.
The summer house, with a separate lakeside sauna, is made from broad-axed pine logs, both bathing in the evening sun. However, these traditional buildings are provided with all the required conveniences, without compromising your needs on the island holiday.
The island has 2 terraces and 2 jetties for boats enabling an enjoyable stay in this beautiful lakeside scenery. The youngest in the family will be happy playing on the beach with its suitably shallow water, and a trampoline is provided, too.
