Riuttahovi is located in Savonlinna in a small tip of a cape by a clear water Lake Puruvesi (Saimaa). Riuttahovi suits as well to families use as couples.
The building is made from solid logs and equipped by all the technical equipment you need for a relaxing holiday. Indoors are underfloor-heated and air conditioning increases the pleasure of living. The cottage next place is distance 400 meter, so you can enjoy a restful holiday.
Aside from indoors there is a 50m² terrace including a hot tub where you can enjoy from a refreshing bath while admiring a beautiful sunset and a private shore. From Riuttahovi’s large landcape windows and from the terrace a beautiful lakeside view opens to Kallio(rock)-island and open water of Puruvesi-lake (Saimaa). Total indoor area is 111m². There are two bedrooms and a balcony, one and half-storey of villa, (max 6 + 2 people), kitchen integrated to living room, two toilets, bathroom with two showers and a wood heated sauna. There is separate woodheated lakesauna in the area of Riuttahovi. Thanks to swimming shore is gently slope and sand bottom it’s also suitable for children’s use. Customers can use a separete summer-lakesauna May to end of October in area of Riuttahovi.
Puruvesi offers excellent fishing opportunities and nearby a National Board of Forestry’is owned Petri-island locates, with facilities to have an enjoyable daytime trip. Just a short road trip away there is a Forest museum Lusto in Punkaharju. A middle-aged Olavi’s castle and downhill skiing hill Ruunarinteet are located in Savonlinna. In Kerimäki you can visit in the world’s biggest wooden church and enjoy from a round of golf.
The rent includes the final cleaning in summer season and Ny-season, use of garage, use of hottub (wood-heated) in summertime and NY-season, rowingboat and lifejackets, firewood and tax.
