Periods of any other length than week or weekend reservable on separate request!

The costs for final cleaning 160 € and bed linen 15 €/person are added separately to the total price.

A deposit of 500 € is collected each time the villa is rented. The deposit also functions as a reservation fee and it will be refunded to the customer when the villa is left in proper order after the check out.

Due to varying tax regulations businesses have slightly different rental prices and should therefore ask for a separate offer via e-mail.

All rights for changes reserved. The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) determined by the Finnish taxation authority. More information about our Terms of Reservation on our home page www.kaskilinna.fi.
