Booking terms

Payment and Cancellation Terms: - Bookings under 500 €: To be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the arrival date. - Bookings 500 € or more: A 20% deposit is required within one week of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date. - Cancellations: The 20% deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the arrival date. - Please note: The rent must be paid in full before arriving at the cottage.
