The cottage is located near the Linnansaari national park which is one of the most beautiful national parks in Finland. You can even see the Saimaa ringed seal there.

The cottage offers great fishing facilities. There is pike, perch, pike-perch and salmon in the lake. As well as berry and mushroom picking facilities. It is also possible to play golf at the nearby Rantasalmi Golf course!
