You can set as many search conditions as you like.

By specifying just the starting 'Date' (dd.mm.yy) the search engine will list all available units (according to their reservation calenders) on that specific date.

In the '+ time range' -field next to the date field, you can set an acceptable time range in number of days (e.g. +14). The service will list all unoccupied units between the starting date plus two weeks since that.

In the Period- field you can set for how many days an accommodation is needed. Search examples:

Date: 31.5
All the unoccupied ones on that one specific date.

Date: 31.5   + 10
The ones that have (at least) one unoccupied day available between 31.5.-10.6.

Date: 31.5    Period: 7
All the unoccupied ones on 7 successive days starting from 31.5. NOTE! This scrutiny is propably a way too tight for most cases.

Date: 31.5   + 10    Period: 7
All the unoccupied ones on 7 successive days between the 31.5.-10.6. NOTE! This is the most recommended and cultivated way to set this condition.

A suitable price rate (/day, week...) can be definied. The number of persons is an useful definition too.

Around where and within the radius of how much ? You can choose a pivot location from the list above and give an acceptable radius in kilometers. The error margin is about ±20 km.

You can choose the kind of milieu type (lakeside, coast..).

You may search items by using a desired location name (town, lake etc..). Just a part of the name works too.

You may define a suitable rate for certain distances, if needed. Note the measuring units (m/km). The less essential fields are greyed.

The type of building / accommodation can be also defined. You may set a desired area rate and an age range (e.g. built between "1999-2009")

In Finland a some sort of Sauna is virtually included in every accommodation. To make it sure you may define this option for the most convenient for you.

You may set the basic equipment level that is required (at least).

You may require certain recreational activitiy possibilities on the site (or nearby). You can also define some limitations if needed (e.g. NO smoking, wheel chair friendly)
